What products does Bulacy sell?

Bulacy offers a variety of custom-made products, including T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, tumblers, and other personalized items. All products are made to order.

Where is Bulacy located?

Our business address is 2230 Beach Dr, Gulfport, MS 39507, United States. All orders are produced and shipped from the United States.

Orders

How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Processing time includes production, quality checks, and packaging.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because our products are custom-made, orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has started. Please review your order details carefully before checkout.

Do you accept bulk or custom requests?

For special requests or bulk orders, please contact us at cs@bulacy.com before placing your order.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship within the United States only.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer the following shipping options within the U.S.:

  • Standard Shipping: $6.99

  • Expedited Shipping: $15.99

How long does shipping take?

After order processing, shipping typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Products & Sizing

Are your products true to size?

Our products follow standard sizing guidelines. However, slight variations may occur depending on the product type, fabric, and production method.

Where can I find the size chart?

Each product page includes a detailed size chart in the product information section. We strongly recommend reviewing it before placing your order.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

Incorrect size selection is considered a customer error. As stated in our policy, we do not offer returns or refunds for wrong size choices.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return and refund policy?

We accept returns and refunds within 15 days of delivery only if:

  • You received the wrong product, or

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

In these cases, Bulacy will cover the return shipping cost.

Can I return an item if I don’t like it or it doesn’t fit?

No. Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for personal preference issues, including fit, color expectations, or style.

How do I request a return or refund?

Please email cs@bulacy.com within 15 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

Issues & Support

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 15 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review and resolve the issue promptly.

What if my package is delayed or lost?

Shipping delays can occur due to carrier issues or external factors. If your package appears lost, contact us and we will assist you in working with the carrier.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your address at checkout. Bulacy is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
